A booking here is a request, not a confirmation
Submitting the booking form does not create a reservation. It sends a request to the reservations desk, which checks the room is genuinely free and replies by email. Your stay is confirmed when that email arrives, not when the form is submitted.
Rates and payment
Nightly rates shown on the site include breakfast and all applicable taxes. No resort fee is added. No card is charged through this website — payment is settled at the property on arrival or departure.
If a rate is displayed in error, we will tell you before confirming and you are free to walk away without owing anything.
Cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to seven days before your arrival date. Inside seven days we charge one night's rate. We waive that entirely for medical reasons and for travel disruption outside your control — tell us what happened.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Both are flexible when the room allows, and we do not charge for a late departure we can accommodate.
Children and the property
Children are welcome. There is no children's club and the property is deliberately quiet. Garden Villas take a family configuration and the Ocean Residence sleeps six.
