- How do I book a room at The Leishen?
- Choose your dates and a room type on the booking page and submit a request. Our reservations team confirms availability and replies by email, usually within a few hours. You pay on arrival, and no card is charged when you submit the request.
- How much does a night at Leishen Resort cost?
- Nightly rates start at $340 for a Forest Room and run to $1,480 for the three-bedroom Ocean Residence. The rate shown includes breakfast and all taxes, and no resort fee is added at checkout.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancel free of charge up to seven days before arrival. Inside seven days we ask for one night's rate, and we waive it entirely for medical or travel-disruption reasons if you tell us what happened.
- Is Leishen Resort suitable for families with children?
- Yes. Garden Villas convert to a family configuration with a separate twin room, and the Ocean Residence sleeps six across three bedrooms. There is no children's club, by design, because the property is quiet and we keep it that way.
- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Both are flexible when the room allows it, and there is no charge for a late departure if we can accommodate it — just ask at breakfast.
- Does Leishen Resort have a spa?
- Yes. The Bathhouse has a cold plunge, a steam room and four treatment rooms with resident therapists. Treatments are booked on arrival rather than in advance, and the early-evening slots fill first.
- How do I get to Leishen Resort from Mombasa?
- The drive is roughly 45 minutes from Moi International Airport, including the Likoni ferry crossing. We arrange a private transfer for any confirmed booking — mention it in your request and it is added to your arrival details.
